Hello Fall Festivalers (I invented a new word!)

We are getting so excited for the Fall Festival!  Can you believe it is only about 15 weeks away?

In the past we have asked everyone to drop off their donations at the church... This has made for a fairly unattractive looking lobby and we would like to try something new.

For the items being donated to the Mall of Bargains (the different rooms in which we will have new, handmade and gently used items for sale) we would like you to hold on to those until we begin our DROP OFF DAYS.

Beginning Saturday, July 18 at 9:00 AM I will have our storage garage open for 2 hours and would ask you to bring your items there to drop off.  Our storage garage is garage #1 Right next to Romeo's.

I will do this every other Saturday until the Fall Festival.  I am going to try to seperate most of the items by room as you drop them off.  IF you can have them somewhat sorted out that would be helpful, otherwise just drop them off and I will take care of it later.

For items that you are donating to the auction the best way to do it is to mark your items AUCTION or FOR CARRIE and if possible place them in the church office.

If you cannot hold on to your items until Drop Off Days begins, or if it is not convienient for you, please continue to bring them to the lobby. 

We really appreciate your donations and look forward to a fun and profitable Fall Festival!
